Yes, we tried for a girl once, but eventually we decided we were happy with whatever we got. And No, I don't have it all together all of the time. In fact, I rarely (if ever) have it all together! We just keep the important things together and try to keep most of the pee off of the toilet seats. At least in mom's bathroom. Sometimes...
Planting More than Flowers...
Children are not lumps of clay that a mother can mold and shape into whatever she thinks would be best. They are seedlings… already pears, pines, or petunias. I LOVE IT! I may just have to put it on mine. I can't watch the news anymore because I've been so overloaded with politics! I can't wait two more weeks until we finally find out what we get to deal with!

I'm glad that you find my blog so great that you copy it! I love that JibJab, I watched it about 4 months ago and thought about it today and knew, it was time to put it up on the blog. And now I have watched it about 12 times today. I think I have it memorized now. I keep checking back here for pictures of your new furniture, where is it?
